The four stages of the learning process are:
- Unconscious Incompetence: At this stage, individuals are unaware of their lack of knowledge or skills in a particular area. They may not even realize that there is a need to learn or improve in that area. This stage is crucial because it sets the foundation for the learning journey and highlights the areas of improvement. To move from this stage, individuals need to gain awareness and start seeking out resources to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
