Leadership Lessons From A 24 Year Old
I am young, I know. Over the last few years I have worked and have been intentional about learning about leadership so that I might be a great leader one day.
Leadership is a quality that can make or break a person’s success. A good leader can inspire others to achieve greatness, while a poor leader can cause chaos and destruction. Throughout my 80 years of life, I have witnessed the importance of strong leadership in various aspects of life. From the workplace to personal relationships, leadership plays a crucial role in shaping the world around us.
Leadership is not a term to be glossed over. If glossed over, there is a possibility that the definition may be skewed in its understanding as too significant of a title, or not significant enough. If understood as too significant, leadership may overstep their responsibility as a leader and may cause a negative connotation encompassed in the word “leader.”
On the other hand, if understood as not significant enough, leaders may undervalue the position and forgo the positive impacts they could contribute to their team.
